The Gleason Reel® cable reel is designed for versatile mounting options, allowing it to be attached to a wall, ceiling, or under a workbench. It features a durable cast aluminum housing with a baked polyester finish and is equipped with a unitized 20 amp slip ring housed in a gasketed enclosure. The easily accessible gasketed junction box ensures reliable connections, while the spring housing and guide arm contain a maintenance-free enclosed power spring. The spool configuration prevents lock-out and includes a watertight cord grip. A field adjustable cord guide with four rollers and a cord stop facilitates smooth retraction and extension of the cord, complemented by a positive lock mechanism with field adjustable disengagement. The kit includes a type SO cable measuring 16/3C x 40'.
