The Gleason Reel® cable reel is designed for versatile mounting options including wall, ceiling, or under a workbench. It features a durable cast aluminum housing with a baked polyester finish, ensuring resistance to wear and environmental factors. The unit includes a unitized 20 amp slip ring housed in a gasketed enclosure for enhanced safety and reliability. Additionally, the reel has an easily accessible gasketed junction box, and its spring housing and guide arm contain a maintenance-free enclosed power spring. The spool configuration is designed to prevent lock-out, complemented by a watertight cord grip. It also boasts a field adjustable cord guide equipped with four rollers and a cord stop for smooth cord retraction and extension, along with a positive lock mechanism that includes a field adjustable disengage.
