The Gleason Reel® cable reel is designed for versatile mounting options, allowing installation on walls, ceilings, or under workbenches. It features a durable cast aluminum housing coated with a baked polyester finish for enhanced protection. The unit includes a unitized 20 amp slip ring housed in a gasketed enclosure, along with an easily accessible gasketed junction box. The spring housing and guide arm contain a maintenance-free enclosed power spring, while the spool configuration prevents lock-out and includes a watertight cord grip. The field-adjustable cord guide is equipped with four rollers and a cord stop, ensuring smooth cord retraction and extension, and it features a positive lock with a field-adjustable disengage. This cable reel is supplied with a Type SO cable, measuring 14/3C x 30'.
