The Gleason Reel® cable reel is designed for versatile mounting options including wall, ceiling, or under a workbench. It features a cast aluminum housing with a baked polyester finish, ensuring durability and resistance to wear. The unit includes a unitized 20 amp slip ring housed in a gasketed enclosure for reliable performance, as well as an easily accessible gasketed junction box. The spring housing and guide arm contain a maintenance-free enclosed power spring. The spool configuration prevents lock-out and is equipped with a watertight cord grip, ensuring safety and functionality. Additionally, it has a field-adjustable cord guide with four rollers and a cord stop for smooth cord retraction and extension, along with a positive lock mechanism that includes a field-adjustable disengage feature. The kit includes a Type SO cable measuring 14/3C x 50'.
