Pure, non-sintered Teflon® PTFE lab-thread tape contains no adhesive, yet provides superior sealing for small apertures by conforming to irregularities of surfaces, threads, and joints. This tape eliminates the need for lubricants and vacuum greases, ensuring a vacuum-tight seal that prevents "freezing" even after prolonged use. It can withstand temperatures ranging from -250°F to 500°F and is suitable for use on ground glass joints, desiccators, bell jars, and freeze-drying equipment. The tape has a thickness of 0.0635mm (0.0025"), measures 12.7mm (1/2") in width, and comes in a length of 7.6 meters (300") per roll. Note that it is sold in inner pack quantities that include 3 rolls, with pricing applied per pack.
