This plastic scraper features a rigid, chisel-edged, triangular blade that tapers and expands to a width of 11.1 cm (4-3/8"). The handle is ergonomically designed for a comfortable and secure grip. Constructed from white polypropylene, the scraper complies with FDA requirements for direct contact with foods, drugs, and cosmetics. Additionally, it is steam autoclavable at a temperature of 121°C (250°F).
