Eagle's 60-gallon sliding self-close paint and ink safety cabinets are designed to maximize storage space and ensure safety, constructed with 18-gauge (1 mm) steel featuring reinforced double-wall construction, and a 1-1/2 in (3.8 cm) air space between the sides, top, bottom, and doors. The cabinets include two 2 in (5.1 cm) internal vents equipped with fire baffles and caps, a high-gloss lead-free powder coat finish with red trilingual warning labels, and a grounding attachment. They are supported by four adjustable galvanized leveling legs and feature a 2-in (5.1 cm) raised leakproof door sill. Each adjustable shelf, held by four brackets, can accommodate a safe allowable load of 350 lbs (159 kg) and directs spills to the back and bottom of the leakproof sump. The cabinet's design includes continuous piano hinges, a flush-mounted door handle with a key lock, and a three-point stainless steel bullet latching system, ensuring that the self-latching doors close tightly from top to bottom. The internal dimensions of the cabinet measure 39.5" W x 14.562" D x 60.5" H, and the product is FM-approved, meeting NFPA Code 30 and OSHA requirements.
