Eagle's 15 gallon manual close add-on acid and corrosive safety cabinet is constructed of 18-gauge (1 mm) steel with reinforced double-wall construction featuring a 1-1/2 in (3.8 cm) air space on the sides, top, bottom, back, and doors. The cabinet includes two 2 in (5.1 cm) internal vents equipped with fire baffles and caps, a corrosion-resistant lead-free high-gloss baked-on powder coat finish, and a trilingual warning label. It features a grounding attachment, continuous piano hinges, four adjustable galvanized leveling legs, a 3-point stainless steel bullet latching system with flush-mounted door handle and key lock, and self-latching doors with manual close and 180° opening. The 2 in (5.1 cm) raised leakproof door sill and patented adjustable galvanized steel shelves, supported by four brackets on 3 in (7.6 cm) centers, direct spills to the back and bottom of the leakproof sump trays, holding a 350 lbs (159 kg) uniform distributed load. The cabinet’s internal dimensions are 39.5"W x 14.56"D x 19.5"H, and it features internal and external welded construction. This cabinet is not recommended for use with sulfuric, nitric, or hydrochloric acids and meets NFPA Code 30 and OSHA requirements.
