Eagle's 22-gallon manual close under counter acid and corrosive safety cabinet is constructed of 18-gauge (1 mm) steel with reinforced double wall construction, featuring a 1-1/2 in (3.8 cm) air space on the sides, top, bottom, back, and doors. It includes two 2 in (5.1 cm) threaded internal vents with fire baffles and caps, a corrosion-resistant lead-free high-gloss baked-on powder finish, continuous piano hinges, a ground connection, and four adjustable galvanized leveling legs. The cabinet has trilingual warning labels, a 2 in (5.1 cm) raised leakproof door sill, and patented adjustable galvanized steel shelves that direct spills to the back and bottom of the leakproof sump, supporting a 350 lbs (159 kg) uniform distributed load. The internal and external welded construction includes flush mounted door handles with key locks, a three-point stainless steel bullet latching system, self-latching doors with manual close operation (180° opening), and shelf brackets spaced on 3 in (7.6 cm) centers. The internal dimensions are 31.75"W x 18.75"D x 26.5"H. This FM-approved cabinet meets NFPA Code 30 and OSHA requirements but is not recommended for use with sulfuric, nitric, or hydrochloric acids.
