Eagle's 45 gallon manual close acid and corrosive safety cabinet is constructed of 18-gauge (1 mm) steel with reinforced double wall construction featuring a 1-1/2 in (3.8 cm) air space on the sides, top, bottom, back, and doors. The cabinet includes two 2 in (5.1 cm) internal vents with threaded fittings, fire baffles, and caps, along with continuous piano hinges, a ground connection, four adjustable galvanized leveling legs, and a trilingual warning label. It has a corrosion-resistant, lead-free, high-gloss baked-on powder coat finish and features a 2 in (5.1 cm) raised leakproof door sill. The doors are self-latching with a flush-mounted handle and key lock, secured by a three-point stainless steel bullet latching system, and open manually up to 180 degrees. The interior includes patented adjustable galvanized steel shelves supported on 3 in (7.6 cm) centers with four brackets each, holding a uniform distributed load of 350 lbs (159 kg), and includes poly shelf and sump trays to contain spills and provide corrosion protection. The internal and external welded construction ensures durability, but the cabinet is not recommended for use with sulfuric, nitric, or hydrochloric acids. The cabinet is FM-approved and meets NFPA code 30 and OSHA requirements. Internal dimensions are 30.75"W x 30.34"D x 60.5"H. Warranty terms apply as provided by the manufacturer.
