Eagle's 110 gallon manual close vertical drum storage safety cabinet is designed to safely contain two 55-gallon drums of flammable liquids. Constructed of 18-gauge (1 mm) steel, the cabinet features reinforced double-wall construction on the sides, top, bottom, back, and doors with a 1-1/2 in (3.8 cm) air space between walls. It includes a high-gloss, lead-free baked-on powder coat finish with red trilingual warning labels, a 3-point stainless steel bullet latching system, continuous piano hinges, a grounding attachment, and a flush-mounted door handle with key lock. The cabinet has two 2 in (5.1 cm) internal vents each equipped with a fire baffle and cap, a 2 in (5.1 cm) raised leakproof door sill, and four adjustable galvanized leveling legs. The interior contains a convenient half shelf supported by four brackets, adjustable on 3 in (7.6 cm) centers, with a safe allowable load of 350 lbs (158.8 kg) uniform distributed load, and drum supports that keep drums elevated off the cabinet’s leakproof sump which directs spills to the back and bottom. The door opens manually to 180 degrees and doors are self-latching; internal dimensions measure 56"W x 30.34"D x 60.5"H. The cabinet meets NFPA Code 30 and OSHA requirements.
