Eagle's 110 gallon manual close haz-mat vertical drum storage safety cabinet is designed to safely contain two 55-gallon drums of flammable liquids or hazardous waste. It is constructed of 18-gauge (1 mm) steel with reinforced double wall construction featuring a 1-1/2 in (3.8 cm) air space on the sides, top, bottom, back, and doors, and finished with a lead-free, high-gloss baked-on powder coating. The cabinet includes a convenient half shelf and adjustable patented galvanized steel shelves that support a uniform distributed load (UDL) of 350 lbs (159 kg) and direct spills to the leakproof sump. The door sill is raised 2 in (5.1 cm) and leakproof, while the cabinet includes two 2 in (5.1 cm) threaded internal vents with fire baffles and caps. Additional features include a flush-mounted door handle with key lock, three-point stainless steel bullet latching system, grounding attachment, continuous piano hinges, self-latching manual close doors with 180° opening, and four adjustable galvanized leveling legs. The internal dimensions measure 56 in width, 30.34 in depth, and 60.5 in height. The cabinet meets NFPA code 30 and OSHA requirements and is marked with red trilingual warning labels. Note that some jurisdictions may require self-closing doors for flammable safety cabinets; this unit has manual closing doors.
