Eagle's 110 gallon, self-closing Haz-Mat vertical drum storage safety cabinet is designed to safely contain two 55-gallon drums of flammable liquids or hazardous waste. The cabinet is constructed from 18-gauge (1 mm) steel with reinforced double-wall construction featuring a 1-1/2 in (3.8 cm) air space on sides, top, bottom, back, and doors. It includes a convenient half shelf for additional storage, drum rollers for easy drum handling, and adjustable galvanized steel shelves set on 3 in (7.6 cm) centers, each supported by four brackets with a safe allowable load of 350 lbs (159 kg). The cabinet has a lead-free, high-gloss, baked-on powder coat finish with red trilingual warning labels, continuous piano hinges, a grounding connection, and four adjustable galvanized leveling legs. It features two 2 in (5.1 cm) threaded internal vents with fire baffles and caps, a 2 in (5.1 cm) raised leakproof door sill, a flush-mounted door handle with key lock, and a three-point stainless steel bullet latching system. The doors are self-latching, self-closing to 135 degrees with a concealed self-close mechanism that provides obstruction-free access to the top shelf, and self-indexing to ensure sequential and tight closure from top to bottom. The cabinet meets NFPA Code 30 and OSHA requirements.
