Addvance 6110 is an oil-free, biodegradable metalforming lubricant composed of renewable resources, featuring a unique "Botanical Green" chemistry that provides exceptional lubricity, personal safety, and environmental compatibility. This advanced formulation is designed for heavy-duty metal stamping, blanking, and deep drawing operations on all metals. Key attributes include outstanding corrosion protection, a cleaner and safer press room environment, being weldable, heat treatable, and ashless, while also being non-staining and safe on yellow metals. It cleans off easily and contains no hazardous materials, offering excellent die life and anti-wear properties. This lubricant is biodegradable, operator friendly, and compatible with multiple metals, effectively reducing post-finishing costs while eliminating smoke and oil residues.
