Tapeze X-2 is an E.P. fortified paste designed for tapping all metals, providing exceptional lubricity and extending tap life. This product "clings" to taps, enhancing performance without mess or waste. Key features include increased tap life, compatibility with all metals including aluminum and stainless steel, improved part finishes, elimination of chipping and galling, enhanced thread quality, and reduced tool breakage. Tapeze X-2 effectively "splits out" of machining coolants and is economical and easy to use. It is suitable for a variety of applications such as bending, blanking, broaching, cold heading, deep drawing, drilling, end-forming, extruding, piercing, punching, reaming, tapping, tube-drawing, tube-end-forming, and tube-expanding.
