This highly durable and exceptionally strong conveyance roller rail system is engineered to hold extreme loads in a confined area, making it ideal for heavy-duty applications. The Superail conveyor roller system features an extremely high loading capacity and a 2" profile, ensuring robust performance without the need for lubrication. Its low profile design allows for seamless integration into various setups, as rails can be attached inline with existing roller conveyance systems or used as a stand-alone conveyor line. Additionally, placing multiple rails in parallel within a conveying line enhances the maximum line load by an equivalent factor. An optional air brake system is available to control the speed at critical points in the line, providing added safety and efficiency.
