The pressure washer motor features a power rating of 2HP and operates at 3450 RPM with a 56H frame. It is a totally-enclosed, fan-cooled (TEFC) design that supports voltage options of 115/208-230V, is single-phase, and designed for continuous duty. The motor includes manual thermal protection and has a service factor of 1.15, making it suitable for both hot and cold pressure washer applications as well as other single-phase installations that require minimum starting and running amperages. It utilizes a capacitor start, capacitor run construction to reduce amperage and has double shield ball bearings prelubricated with Exxon Polyrex® EM lubricant, capable of functioning in temperatures ranging from -20°F to +350°F, designed for extra long life and moisture resistance. The motor includes a dynamically balanced rotor and shaft assembly, high-efficiency designs for reduced amperage energy savings, and a stator impregnated with an extra heavy varnish system. Additionally, it features high-temperature copper magnet wire to support high overload capacity, a grounding provision in the conduit box, and a manual reset overload protector to prevent automatic resets, ensuring high overload capacities through its service factor.
