The pressure washer motor features a 1.5HP output, operating at 3450RPM with a 56 frame configuration, and is designed as a totally-enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) unit. It operates on 115/208-230V, 1PH with continuous duty capabilities, and includes manual thermal protection along with a 1.15 service factor and a rigid C mount. This motor is particularly well-suited for both hot and cold pressure washer applications and other single-phase installations that require minimal starting and running amperages. It utilizes a capacitor start, capacitor run construction to further reduce amperage draw. The motor is equipped with double shield ball bearings that are pre-lubricated with Exxon Polyrex® EM lubricant, which operates effectively within a temperature range of -20°F to +350°F, and is specially formulated for longevity and moisture resistance. The rotor and shaft assembly is dynamically balanced, ensuring high efficiency with reduced amperage for energy savings. Additionally, the stator is impregnated with an extra heavy varnish system, and high-temperature copper magnet wire is utilized for enhanced overload capacity. It includes a grounding provision in the conduit box and a manual reset overload protector that safeguards against automatic resets, providing high overload capacities bolstered by its service factor.
