The pressure washer motor features a robust design with a power rating of 3HP and operates at 3450RPM. It is constructed with a 56H frame and is totally-enclosed, fan-cooled (TEFC), making it suitable for both hot and cold pressure washer applications, as well as other single-phase installations that require minimal starting and running amperages. The motor operates on 208-230V, 1PH, and is designed for continuous duty, equipped with manual thermal protection and a 1.0 service factor. Its capacitor start, capacitor run construction minimizes amperage usage. The motor includes prelubricated double shield ball bearings using Exxon Polyrex® EM lubricant, capable of withstanding temperatures between -20°F to +350°F, and features a special formulation for extended life and moisture resistance. A dynamically balanced rotor and shaft assembly enhances performance, while high-efficiency designs contribute to energy savings. The stator is impregnated with an extra heavy varnish system and uses high-temperature copper magnet wire to ensure high overload capacity. Additional features include a grounding provision in the conduit box and a manual reset overload protector that prevents automatic resets, with the motor designed to accommodate high overload capacities due to its service factor.
