The pressure washer motor features a 1.5HP output with a rotational speed of 1725RPM and a 56H frame. It has a drip-proof design (DP) and operates at 115/208-230V with a single phase (1PH) for continuous duty. The motor is equipped with manual thermal protection and has a service factor of 1.15, making it suitable for both hot and cold pressure washer applications as well as other single phase installations that require minimal starting and running amperages. Its construction includes capacitor start and capacitor run technology to further reduce amperage. The motor is designed with double shield ball bearings that are prelubricated with Exxon Polyrex® EM lubricant, capable of operating in temperatures ranging from -20°F to +350°F, and features a special formulation for enhanced longevity and moisture resistance. Additionally, it has a dynamically balanced rotor and shaft assembly, high efficiency energy-saving designs with reduced amperage, a stator impregnated with an extra heavy varnish system, high temperature copper magnet wire for increased overload capacity, a grounding provision in the conduit box, and a manual reset overload protector to prevent automatic resets while providing high overload capacities supported by the service factor.
