The pressure washer motor features a 2HP output, operating at 1740 RPM within a 145 frame, designed with a totally-enclosed, fan-cooled (TEFC) construction suitable for both hot and cold pressure washer applications, as well as other single-phase installations that require minimum starting and running amperages. It operates on a voltage range of 115/208-230V with a single phase and is built for continuous duty, equipped with manual thermal protection and a 1.0 service factor. The motor employs a capacitor start, capacitor run configuration that reduces amperage during operation, complemented by double shield ball bearings that are prelubricated with Exxon Polyrex® EM lubricant, providing an exceptional operating temperature range of -20°F to +350°F and a formulation that enhances longevity and moisture resistance. The rotor and shaft assembly are dynamically balanced, enhancing performance, while high-efficiency and reduced amperage designs contribute to energy savings. Additionally, the stator is impregnated with an extra heavy varnish system, and high temperature copper magnet wire ensures high overload capacity. A grounding provision is available in the conduit box, and the manual reset overload protector safeguards against automatic resets, further enhanced by high overload capacities due to the service factor.
