The pressure washer motor features a powerful 5HP, 3500RPM, totally-enclosed, fan-cooled (TEFC) design, operating on 230V, 1PH with continuous duty capability. It includes manual thermal protection and a service factor of 1.15, built on a rigid C mount. This motor is specifically designed for both hot and cold pressure washer applications, as well as other single-phase installations that require minimal starting and running amperages. Its capacitor start, capacitor run construction helps to further reduce amperage. The motor is equipped with double shield ball bearings that are pre-lubricated with Exxon Polyrex™ EM lubricant, ensuring an operating temperature range of -20°F to +350°F and a special formulation that provides extended life and moisture resistance. The dynamically balanced rotor and shaft assembly contributes to high efficiency, while the stator is impregnated with an extra heavy varnish system. Additionally, high temperature copper magnet wire is used to enhance high overload capacity, and a grounding provision is available in the conduit box. A manual reset overload protector prevents automatic resets, and the motor offers high overload capacities due to its service factor.
