The pressure washer motor features a power rating of 5HP and operates at 1740RPM. It is designed with a totally-enclosed, fan-cooled (TEFC) construction, ensuring durability under various conditions, and is suitable for 230V, 1PH continuous duty applications. The motor includes manual thermal protection and a 1.0 service factor, making it ideal for both hot and cold pressure washer setups and other single-phase installations that require minimal starting and running amperages. The capacitor start and capacitor run design contribute to reduced amperage usage. It is equipped with double shield ball bearings prelubricated with Exxon Polyrex® EM lubricant, which operates effectively in a temperature range of -20°F to +350°F, offering long life and moisture resistance. Furthermore, the motor has a dynamically balanced rotor and shaft assembly, high efficiency reduced amperage energy-saving designs, and a stator that is impregnated with an extra heavy varnish system. It utilizes high-temperature copper magnet wire for enhanced overload capacity and includes a grounding provision in the conduit box. A manual reset overload protector is incorporated to prevent automatic resets, ensuring high overload capacities are maintained due to the service factor.
