The Handmaster Plus™ hand exerciser is designed to strengthen hand muscles and is effective for treating various conditions, including carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, repetitive stress injuries (RSIs), tendonitis, DeQuervain's syndrome, Dupuytren's contracture, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, stroke, neuropathy, post-surgical rehabilitation, and sprain/dislocation/fracture rehabilitation, as well as circulatory concerns. This exerciser integrates flexion and extension movements and comes with instructions for use. It is available in three levels of firmness: soft (purple ball, yellow cord), medium (red ball, black cord), and firm (orange ball, gray cord). The red ball is classified as moderate firmness.
