The handle is positioned at chest height on a single handle unit, at chest and floor height on a double handle unit, and at chest, floor, and shoulder height on a triple handle unit, which requires a ceiling height of 10 feet. Users can choose between single or dual tower setups. The weight level is adjustable by inserting a pin into the weight stack at increments of 2 pounds, and the system is designed to be wheelchair accessible. The handles can be customized to any starting height, and the pulley rope can be lengthened or shortened by adjusting the rope slip. Additional weights and handles can be purchased separately. The dual handle setup consists of two towers equipped with 10 x 2.2 lb weights.
