The CANDO® Digi-Extend N' Squeeze® hand exerciser combines the best features of Digi-Extend® and Digi-Squeeze® to aid in developing isolated finger strength, flexibility, and coordination. It provides a complete reciprocal exercise program focusing on flexion and extension. The ergonomic ball-shape design ensures ideal pressure distribution across fingers and hand during use. Each exercise comes with an informative exercise pamphlet. The device is available in three sizes, with each size featuring five color-coded resistance levels for flexion. Additionally, each unit is packaged with latex-free extension bands that cover four color-coded levels, ranging from the lightest to the heaviest extension requirements, including an X-heavy level represented by a black color designation, which is medium in strength.
