Cando® Ergogrip hand exerciser is sold in pairs and is designed to provide a range of resistance levels suitable for various stages of rehabilitation and training. The weight corresponds to the amount of force required to fully compress the fixed Ergogrip handles, with a new resistance sequence that caters to needs from the initial stages of rehabilitation after stroke (yellow) to advanced athletic training (black). The force equivalent doubles with each level, enabling progressive strength building. This kit includes a 5 pair set featuring yellow, red, green, blue, and black resistance levels.
