The kit is designed for hand and finger flexion exercises, allowing users to vary resistances by increasing or decreasing the number of rubber bands attached to the exerciser or by switching to a different color-coded set of bands. It features a range-of-motion (ROM) limiter to decrease movement as needed. Each exerciser comes with 5 red bands or 5 sets of color-coded bands, totaling 25 bands with 5 of each color. The bands are available in both latex and latex-free options, and the package includes 25 additional bands only.
