The Digi-Flex Multi® hand exerciser is designed to develop isolated finger strength, flexibility, and coordination through its interchangeable finger buttons, allowing for a versatile exercising experience. Users can exercise each finger independently or compress the entire unit for comprehensive hand and forearm strengthening. The resistance for any finger can be easily adjusted by swapping out the finger buttons, which snap into a padded ergonomic palm bar base. The kit includes 8 levels of finger buttons: Tan (XX-Light), Yellow (X-Light), Red (Light), Green (Medium), Blue (Heavy), Black (X-Heavy), Silver (XX-Heavy), and Gold (XXX-Heavy). Options include clinic hand therapy and home exerciser kits, along with individual components. The progressive starter pack features the base along with four Gold buttons, one Green button, one Blue button, and one Black button, as well as one Silver button.
