The Digi-Flex Multi® hand exerciser is designed to develop isolated finger strength, flexibility, and coordination, featuring interchangeable finger buttons for versatility. Each button can be used independently to exercise fingers or the entire unit can be compressed for comprehensive hand and forearm strengthening. The resistance for any finger can be adjusted by changing the finger buttons, which snap easily into the base that includes a padded ergonomic palm bar. The kit includes 8 levels of finger buttons: Tan (XX-Light), Yellow (X-Light), Red (Light), Green (Medium), Blue (Heavy), Black (X-Heavy), Silver (XX-Heavy), and Gold (XXX-Heavy), with the basic starter pack comprising the base and 4 green medium buttons. Clinic hand therapy and home exerciser kits, along with individual components, are also available.
