The Handmaster Plus™ hand exerciser is designed to strengthen hand muscles and can be utilized in the treatment of various conditions including carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, repetitive stress injuries (RSIs), tendonitis, DeQuervain's syndrome, Dupuytren's contracture, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, stroke, neuropathy, post-surgical rehabilitation, and rehabilitation from sprains, dislocations, fractures, subluxations, adhesions, as well as circulatory concerns. This exerciser features a combination of flexion and extension movements. The kit includes three levels of firmness, with the soft option comprising a purple ball and yellow cord, the medium option featuring a red ball and black cord, and the firm option containing an orange ball and gray cord. The complete set consists of three pieces: one purple, one red, and one orange. Instructions for use are included.
