Thera-Band® exercise mats are engineered with a new and improved material to provide maximum cushioned support for comfortable floor exercises and to help protect against injury. Made of high-density polyethylene, a lightweight non-PVC material, the mats feature a fabric-like surface that is waterproof, wear resistant, and designed for repetitive use by physical therapists and in fitness clubs. They are easy to care for and can be washed with soap and water. The mats include pre-drilled hanging holes and two elastic straps for easy storage. Thera-Band® exercise mats are available in six varieties, all measuring 75" in length. They come in two different thickness levels: thicker mats offer more cushion for rehabilitation applications, while thinner mats are suitable for routine fitness work. Additionally, there are two different widths available in the most common user-preferred sizes, with the widest mats being well-suited for use with exercise balls. Each size is available in blue and green.
