Thera-Band® exercise mats are engineered with high-density polyethylene, a lightweight non-PVC material that provides maximum cushioned support for comfortable floor exercises, helping to protect against injury. The mats feature a fabric-like surface that is waterproof, wear-resistant, and designed for repetitive use by physical therapists and in fitness clubs. They are easy to care for and washable with soap and water. The mats include pre-drilled hanging holes and two elastic straps for convenient storage options. Available in six varieties, all mats are 75" long, with two different thickness levels to accommodate various needs—the thicker mats offering more cushion for rehabilitation applications, while the thinner mats are suitable for routine fitness work. The mats come in two widths in user-preferred sizes, with the widest models being ideal for use with exercise balls. Each size is available in blue and green.
