TheraBand® exercise mats are designed with a new and improved high-density polyethylene material, which is a lightweight non-PVC option providing maximum cushioned support for comfortable floor exercises while protecting against injury. The fabric-like surface of the mats is waterproof and wear-resistant, making them suitable for repetitive use in physical therapy and fitness settings. They are easy to maintain, washable with soap and water, and feature pre-drilled hanging holes alongside two elastic straps for convenient storage. All mats are 75" long and come in six varieties, offering two different thickness levels: thicker mats for rehab purposes and thinner mats for routine fitness activities. Additionally, two width options are available, with the wider mats being ideal for exercise ball use. Each size can be obtained in blue and green color options.
