When filled with liquid nitrogen and utilized in the laboratory, the unit functions as a "can and cane" storage system, providing static holding times of up to 125 days. The aluminum vessels feature a lockable lid and are designed to hold six numbered, color-coded, stainless-steel cans (included) that accommodate canes for holding ampules. Note that these units will not ship to residential addresses.
