The unit is a mechanical oven and not air forced, featuring operating temperatures from 50° to 250°C, an automatic over-temperature alarm system, low overall energy consumption, a built-in timer, and corrosion-resistant stainless steel chambers with rounded corners. It also includes a large, easy-to-read vacuum fluorescent display and easy-to-use microprocessor-controlled touch button operation. The doors can be opened at temperatures exceeding 180°C. Note that this unit will not ship to residential addresses.
