The Cando® Low-Powder Exercise Tubing Pep™ Pack is designed for a progressive resistance exercise program, including three different 6-foot tubing options: yellow, red, and green, suitable for easy-level exercises. Each exerciser is packaged in a polybag for convenience, allowing direct usage upon removal. The tubing is made of high-quality latex and has been a staple in clinics for rehabilitation, conditioning, and training since 1987. Cando® exercise tubing is an economical choice for both upper and lower body workouts, and it is lightweight, portable, and durable. It can be effectively used alone or with handles and anchors. Cando® is licensed to use the Thera-Band® color sequence for easy identification of resistance levels, which range from tan (least resistance) to gold (greatest resistance). Additionally, the Low Powder Exercise Tubing is made of natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions; however, latex-free alternatives are available for those with latex sensitivities. The dimensions and specifications of each piece of tubing are designed for effective resistance training.
