Cando® high quality latex resistive exercise tubing has been utilized in clinics for rehabilitation, conditioning, and training since 1987, making it a staple in many physical therapy and athletic training programs. This exercise tubing serves as an economic solution for both upper and lower body exercises, featuring a lightweight, portable, and durable design. It is effective for use alone or in conjunction with handles and anchors. The exercise tubing is color-coded according to resistance levels, which are identified using the Thera-Band® color sequence, allowing for easy identification of resistance from least to greatest: tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, silver, and gold. The tubing is available in eight resistance levels and comes in a 25' roll in tan, which corresponds to XX-light resistance. Cando® low powder exercise tubing is made from natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions; however, latex-free alternatives are also available for individuals with latex sensitivities.
