The tubing exerciser is a lightweight, compact, and portable fitness tool designed for strengthening and conditioning workouts, making it suitable for use even in hotel rooms. The product is licensed by CanDo® to utilize the Thera-Band® color sequence, which allows for easy identification of resistance levels. The exerciser is available in seven levels of resistance, ranging from least to greatest: tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, and silver, along with three different lengths to meet various requirements. The length of the tubing is measured from end to end when laid flat and taut. This particular model features a length of 36 inches and is classified as black, with an extra heavy resistance level. It is important to note that the CanDo® low powder exercise tubing is made from natural rubber latex, which may trigger allergic reactions in some individuals.
