Lightweight, compact, and portable, the tubing exerciser is designed for strengthening and conditioning workouts on-the-go, suitable for use in settings such as hotel rooms. The kit includes two permanent foam-covered rigid handles that provide comfort and a firm grip. Cando® is licensed to utilize the Thera-Band® color sequence, allowing for easy identification of resistance levels. The Bowtie exerciser features 7 levels of resistance for progressive exercise, ranging from tan (least resistance) to silver (greatest resistance), and is available in 3 lengths: 14", 22", and 30", representing the length of tubing from end to end when laid flat and taut. The Cando® low powder exercise tubing is crafted from natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions. The complete set comes in blue and consists of three pieces.
