Cando® high quality latex resistive exercise tubing has been used in clinics for rehabilitation, conditioning, and training since 1987, becoming a staple in many physical therapy and athletic training programs. This economic solution for upper and lower body exercise is lightweight, portable, and durable, effective when used alone or with handles and anchors. The exercise tubing is color-coded according to resistance, allowing for easy identification of strength levels, which range from least to greatest resistance: tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, silver, and gold. The tubing can be easily customized by unrolling the desired length and cutting it with scissors. Cando® is licensed to use the Thera-Band® color sequence. The product is available in an 8 resistance level configuration, and the 25' roll - gold - is classified as XXX-heavy. Cando® low powder exercise tubing is made of natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions; however, latex-free alternative options are available for those with latex sensitivities.
