Cando® Perf 100® economic bulk size roll includes a true 100 yard roll of exercise band in a convenient dispenser box, perforated every 5 feet, providing 60 individual 5-foot exercisers per roll. The exercise band, made from high-quality latex, has been a staple in rehabilitation, conditioning, and training since 1987. It serves as an economic solution for both upper and lower body exercise, being lightweight, compact, and portable. The band is durable and effective for use alone or with handles and anchors, and is color-coded according to resistance levels, following the Thera-Band® color sequence for easy identification. Available in 8 levels of resistance, from tan (least resistance) to gold (greatest resistance), the bands maintain a uniform width of 5 inches. The Cando® low powder exercise band is made of natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions; however, latex-free alternatives are available for those with sensitivities. This specific roll is yellow and classified as x-light resistance.
