Cando® Perf 100® economic bulk size roll is a 100-yard roll of exercise band that comes in a convenient dispenser box, featuring perforations every 5 feet to create 60 individual 5-foot exercisers. This high-quality latex resistive exercise band, used in clinics for rehabilitation, conditioning, and training since 1987, provides an economical solution for upper and lower body exercises. The band is lightweight, compact, and portable, and it is durable for effective use alone or with handles and anchors. The resistance level is easily identified through a color-coded system licensed to use the Thera-Band® color sequence, offering 8 levels of resistance ranging from tan (least resistance) to gold (greatest resistance). Each band has a uniform width of 5". The Cando® low powder exercise band is made from natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions, but latex-free alternatives are also available for those with sensitivities. This specific roll comes in green, classified as medium resistance.
