The lightweight, compact, and portable tubing exerciser is designed for strengthening and conditioning workouts, making it suitable for use even in hotel rooms. The continuous tubing loop features two padded ankle/wrist cuffs and comes preassembled with a circumference of 35". The Cando® brand is licensed to use the Thera-Band® color sequence, allowing for easy identification of resistance levels. The exerciser is available in 7 levels of resistance: tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, and silver, and in 3 lengths to cater to various user needs. The resistance levels range from least to greatest strength, while the lengths represent the distance of the tubing from end to end when laid flat and taut. It is important to note that the Cando® low powder exercise tubing is made of natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions. The 35" - gold - XXX-heavy option provides an additional level of resistance.
