Thera-Band® tubing is made of natural rubber, featuring resistance levels that are achieved by varying the thickness of the tubing, which are color-coded in proprietary Thera-Band® colors that increase in difficulty through seven levels from tan to silver. This color-coding system provides positive reinforcement and feedback for gauging results. The kit includes a 100' roll of green tubing, which offers a heavy resistance level, suitable for various rehabilitation and fitness activities.
