The Cando® Low-Powder Exercise Band PEP™ Pack is designed for a progressive resistance exercise program and includes three different 4-foot bands along with an illustrated instruction/exercise chart. Each band is packaged in a polybag for convenience. The Cando® high-quality latex resistive exercise band has been utilized in clinics for rehabilitation, conditioning, and training since 1987 and is a fundamental element in many physical therapy programs. This exercise band serves as an economic solution for upper and lower body exercises, being lightweight, portable, and durable. It is effective for use alone or in conjunction with handles and anchors. Cando® is authorized to use the Thera-Band® color sequence for easy identification of resistance levels, which range from least to greatest in the following order: tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, silver, and gold. Each band has a uniform width of 5 inches. The Cando® Low Powder Exercise Band is made from natural rubber latex, which may trigger allergic reactions, and latex-free alternative offerings are available for individuals with latex sensitivities. The Low Powder Exercise Band PEP™ Pack is particularly challenging with the inclusion of black, silver, and gold bands.
