The Cando® Low-Powder Exercise Band PEP™ Pack is designed for a progressive resistance exercise program and includes three different 4-foot bands along with an illustrated instruction/exercise chart. Each exercise band is packaged in a polybag for easy use upon removal. Cando® high-quality latex resistive exercise bands have been a mainstay in clinics for rehabilitation, conditioning, and training since 1987, making them integral to many physical therapy programs. These exercise bands provide an economical solution for upper and lower body workouts. They are lightweight, portable, and durable, and can be effectively used alone or in conjunction with handles and anchors. The Cando® brand is licensed to utilize the Thera-Band® color sequence for easy identification of resistance levels, which range from least to greatest strength: tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, silver, and gold. Each band has a uniform width of 5 inches. It should be noted that the Cando® low powder exercise band is made from natural rubber latex, which may pose allergy risks; however, latex-free alternatives are available for individuals with latex sensitivities. The Low Powder Exercise Band PEP™ Pack specifically includes moderate resistance bands in green, blue, and black.
