The EMAX Compressors 8HP 17-gallon gas driven air compressor is designed for fleet and field service applications, producing 19 CFM at 100 PSI. It is ideal for truck bed mounting, providing on-site air where electric service is unavailable. The compressor is powered by a Honda GX series gasoline engine and features a full cast iron 2-stage pump for durability and power. The unit is equipped with a 17-gallon ASME-approved air receiver, which includes a 1/4" ball valve for easy draining and a high-quality tank gauge. Safety features include ASME-approved safety valves and pop-offs, while a 1/2" ball valve serves as the air outlet. The custom-built heavy-duty 13-gauge expanded metal belt guard minimizes vibration and noise. Included in the package are a 12-volt battery and 2 battery cables, making this unit ready for service truck installation.
