The Sure-Lok® premium crates are designed for one-way shipments, long-term reuse, and heavy weight items, featuring an innovative crate design that allows for easy assembly and disassembly in under two minutes. Constructed from 3/4" marine grade fir plywood panels, the base consists of a 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck and bottom runners, complemented by impact resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks and bolted construction for added durability. The system utilizes Sure-Lok® version 5 heavy duty clips and boasts a maximum stacking load capacity of 50,000 lbs. The dimensions provided are for the inside of the crates, ensuring that users can effectively utilize the space for their shipping and storage needs.
