The Sure-Lok® premium crates are designed for one-way shipments, long-term reuse, and heavy weight items, featuring an innovative crate design with individual panels that are precisely machined on state-of-the-art CNC equipment. This technology creates slots and interlocking edges that allow the base, sides, and top to fit together, providing exceptional strength. The assembly or disassembly of most Sure-Lok® crates takes less than two minutes. The kit includes 3/4" marine grade fir plywood panels, a base construction comprising a 3/4" marine grade fir plywood pallet deck and bottom runners, impact-resistant polypropylene Sure-Lok® pallet blocks, and bolted construction. It is equipped with Sure-Lok® version 5 heavy-duty clips and can support a maximum stacking load of 50,000 lbs. The dimensions provided are the inside dimensions.
